So... I took myself through a somatic process, & released the belief things have to be a certain way...⁠

That's when the fun began.⁠

I sat down with my program & realised that I wanted to completely change how I was serving people.⁠

Someone asked me at lunch the other day: what was

Someone asked me at lunch the other day: what was the biggest fear or limiting belief that held you back the most in your journey?

My answer: people pleasing.

🫠It kept me vanilla in my content for years

Creating affirmations like “I’m a money magnet” aren’t useful for long term SUSTAINABLE financial manifestation

Replace: I’m a money magnet
With: I give permission for my body to show me where there is resistance between me and more money. I give permission for my body to release this resistance NOW.

Then over the next few days and weeks, you aren’t looking for money…

You’re looking for natural purges that may happen (eg sickness, days of heavy emotions that have you crying on your knees)

Or… You’re looking for triggers.

Triggers hold the wisdom of our subconscious mind, and where we feel threatened - we react.

Your triggers are more likely than not, nothing to do with money…

👉🏼 you’re triggered by your friend talking about money (showing you shame yourself for talking about money)

👉🏼 you’re triggered by an event that leads you to splurge all your money (showing your have a reaction of wanting to get rid of money)

Despite often successful, this type of Authority can end up having a lot of reactivity & mental health issues.

One of the most frustration things about being on a manifestation journey

Is that before it gets easier, it can get harder & more frustrating...

I don’t make $50-100k revenue months by being realistic...

I ditched that way of thinking a long time ago, & started operating in the world of unrealistic success

The reason being, “realistic” is subjective. Every persons interpretation of realistic will vary depending on their background, their friendship circle, & their current situation & belief-set.

So the more you try to keep yourself realistic (which will be based on your experiences up until this point)

The more you will repel away opportunities that are outside of your current (subjective) field of vision.

When you start to play in the realms of unrealistic success, THAT is where the magic happens (we all have to have a certain level of dellusion don’t we?)

This is why I consistently get myself in BIG rooms, to stretch my capacity & understanding of what is realistic.

A mentor of mine had a million $ month the first month I started coaching with her. That expansion of “reality” stretched my own understand & that month my income JUMPED to $130k.

Realism will keep you stagnant.

Allow yourself to dream big & play bigger. Get yourself around people that are going after things that break all your belief.

Claiming what we want is one thing, but the thing that’s REALLY driving the show?

It’s what your NS subconsciously believes (or fears) about the world, that will dictate your reality.

But it will only become a quantum leap if you perceive it as a redirection.. not a failure.

A year ago I was looking to move interstate to a new rental.

We applied to over 15 different places, & despite having the best application of the bunch according to the state agent. We didn’t get any of them.

I cried, I did crystal manifestation ceremonies, nothing.

Was this a failure? Or a redirection...

1 week later?

We were told that there was a bank willing to give us a mortgage so we could buy.

5 months later? we bought the exact house that was on my vision board.

I was redirected to something so much bigger my conscious mind didn’t even know it was possible. But the reason it happen was because I stopped FORCING & surrendered to the redirection.

You will either be the victim of your circumstance, or the victor of your circumstance, & the perception of how you see your life will create the result.

When your a multi 6 -7 figure CEO & things are going well - your identity is the place you’ll want to look for your next expansion

Despite having already achieved so much

They know they’re playing small
They have habits & patterns (that are completely unconscious them) that are slowing them down & in some cases REPELLING money & more success

New level, new devil my friend.

You can try to toxic positivity your way through it, but eventually these things catch up & rear their head later down the line

So why not catch it early? That’s smart.

But a BIG mistake that I see people make, is attacking this work with frustration & a lack of compassion

When they find a block, a belief, or an unconscious program - they shame themselves for it.

They punish themselves in their mind, & vocalise how ridiculous it is that they believe it. There’s a lack of self-compassion that’s come into the work... & it actually slows own the entire process.

- “I can’t believe this keeps coming up it’s so ridiculous”
- “I should be over this by now”
- “Why can other people move through this faster than me”

Doing this can end up knocking people’s confidence in the long run

The antithesis of healing, is shame. When you bring shame into the healing process, it makes the entire journey so much longer than it needs to be.

(this is why I am so anti shame-marketing, because it does NOT help people grow)

You can remove these blocks using somatic processes in 40 minutes or less (it’s exactly the process I use with myself & my clients)

I’ve removed entire money blocks in less than 30 minutes, & saw results within as little as a day in my exterior world.

But that ONLY happens when you have so much self-compassion for yourself whilst you do this work.

Whenever you go into the shadow, bring all the compassion you can for yourself. It will allow you to heal & integrate so much faster.
